Question 1

How far is this BMW M6 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in IL - ELGIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 2

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 BMW M6. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

This BMW M6 has undercarriage and mechanical damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 72,555 miles high for a 2016 BMW M6?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 BMW M6 listings at auction averaged 77,571 miles across 49 sales, so at 72,555 miles this one sits 6% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2016 BMW M6 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with undercarriage damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2016 BMW M6 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2016 BMW M6 was listed at COPART as lot 65200766 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
