What do rear end 2018 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Across 249 recorded sales of the 2018 FORD FUSION with rear end damage, the median was $3,950, from $3,100 to $5,300. That is 7% below the $4,225 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $4,350 a good price for this 2018 FORD FUSION?

2106 comparable 2018 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,225, spanning $3,150 to $10,925. At $4,350 this one went 3% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD FUSION sell for?

The insurer put this 2018 FORD FUSION's pre-damage retail value at $14,999. It sold for $4,350 — 71% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 FORD FUSION. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

How far is this FORD FUSION from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in OR - PORTLAND NORTH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 180 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $225-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Is 119,224 miles high for a 2018 FORD FUSION?

Comparable 2018 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 76,519 miles across 2106 sales, so at 119,224 miles this one sits 56% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
