Question 1

Was $13,600 a good price for this 2026 BMW M3?

Accepted Answer

55 comparable 2026 BMW M3 listings sold at auction for a median of $34,625, spanning $19,300 to $57,500. At $13,600 this one went 61% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This BMW M3 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW M3 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2026 BMW M3's pre-damage retail value at $94,575. It sold for $13,600 — 86% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this BMW M3 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - WEST PALM BEACH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW M3?

Accepted Answer

This 2026 BMW M3 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2026 BMW M3 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2026 BMW M3 was listed at COPART as lot 90048175 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
