Question 1

Was $7,400 a good price for this 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

2966 comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings sold at auction for a median of $4,650, spanning $3,300 to $7,800. At $7,400 this one went 59% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD EDGE sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 FORD EDGE's pre-damage retail value at $33,221. It sold for $7,400 — 78% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does "Stationary" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

Stationary is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD EDGE. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

This FORD EDGE has mechanical and left rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 27,973 miles high for a 2020 FORD EDGE?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD EDGE listings at auction averaged 74,179 miles across 2966 sales, so at 27,973 miles this one sits 62% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2020 FORD EDGE come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with mechanical damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
