Question 1

What do side 2020 BMW X7 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 33 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW X7 with side damage, the median was $21,900, from $15,800 to $29,000. That is 4% above the $21,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $36,250 a good price for this 2020 BMW X7?

Accepted Answer

429 comparable 2020 BMW X7 listings sold at auction for a median of $21,100, spanning $11,200 to $28,000. At $36,250 this one went 72% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW X7 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 BMW X7's pre-damage retail value at $65,724. It sold for $36,250 — 45% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a clean title mean for this BMW X7?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 BMW X7 was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW X7. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

This BMW X7 has side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
