Question 1

What do front end 2017 BMW X6 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 109 recorded sales of the 2017 BMW X6 with front end damage, the median was $6,800, from $3,600 to $13,900. That is 16% below the $8,075 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This BMW X6 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How far is this BMW X6 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OH - LORAIN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 430 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$525, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 BMW X6. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 61,679 miles high for a 2017 BMW X6?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BMW X6 listings at auction averaged 103,855 miles across 247 sales, so at 61,679 miles this one sits 41% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 BMW X6 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 BMW X6 was listed at IAAI as lot 45822187 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
