Question 1

Was $6,400 a good price for this 2017 BMW X6?

Accepted Answer

253 comparable 2017 BMW X6 listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,200 to $14,400. At $6,400 this one went 20% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a clean title mean for this BMW X6?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BMW X6 was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 3

How far is this BMW X6 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - APOPKA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

This BMW X6 has mechanical and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 193,875 miles high for a 2017 BMW X6?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BMW X6 listings at auction averaged 104,101 miles across 253 sales, so at 193,875 miles this one sits 86% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2017 BMW X6 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with mechanical damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
