Question 1

What do all over 2017 BMW X5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2017 BMW X5 with all over damage, the median was $5,988, from $3,900 to $7,900. That is 18% below the $7,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this BMW X5?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BMW X5 was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

Is 70,760 miles high for a 2017 BMW X5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BMW X5 listings at auction averaged 106,003 miles across 1772 sales, so at 70,760 miles this one sits 33% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2017 BMW X5?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2017 BMW X5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with all over damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 BMW X5 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 BMW X5 was listed at IAAI as lot 46184458 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
