What do mechanical 2017 BMW X5 models sell for?

Across 68 recorded sales of the 2017 BMW X5 with mechanical damage, the median was $6,700, from $3,750 to $12,800. That is 7% below the $7,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $8,100 a good price for this 2017 BMW X5?

1806 comparable 2017 BMW X5 listings sold at auction for a median of $7,200, spanning $4,000 to $12,200. At $8,100 this one went 13% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW X5 sell for?

The insurer put this 2017 BMW X5's pre-damage retail value at $24,280. It sold for $8,100 — 67% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this BMW X5 from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in PA - PHILADELPHIA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 150 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 BMW X5. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 77,838 miles high for a 2017 BMW X5?

Comparable 2017 BMW X5 listings at auction averaged 106,236 miles across 1806 sales, so at 77,838 miles this one sits 27% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
