Question 1

What do front & rear 2023 BMW X5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2023 BMW X5 with front & rear damage, the median was $21,500, from $15,100 to $30,500. That is 21% below the $27,250 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 BMW X5. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 48,705 miles high for a 2023 BMW X5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 BMW X5 listings at auction averaged 37,546 miles across 880 sales, so at 48,705 miles this one sits 30% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2023 BMW X5?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2023 BMW X5 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front & rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2023 BMW X5 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2023 BMW X5 was listed at IAAI as lot 46354986 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
