Question 1

How far is this BMW X3 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TN - MILLINGTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 400 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $350-$475, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 2

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 BMW X3. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 121,812 miles high for a 2017 BMW X3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BMW X3 listings at auction averaged 91,267 miles across 1131 sales, so at 121,812 miles this one sits 33% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2017 BMW X3 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with frame damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5UXWX7C32H0W39494?

Accepted Answer

5UXWX7C32H0W39494 identifies this specific 2017 BMW X3 in black with a 3.0l i-6 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 300hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 BMW X3 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 BMW X3 was listed at IAAI as lot 42977073 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
