Question 1

What does a ab-salvage-alberta mean for this BMW X3?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 BMW X3 was sold on a ab-salvage-alberta. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

Is 76,859 miles high for a 2018 BMW X3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 BMW X3 listings at auction averaged 87,137 miles across 1081 sales, so at 76,859 miles this one sits 12% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Where was this BMW X3 located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ALBERTA - ROCKYVIEW. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 4

Did this 2018 BMW X3 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2018 BMW X3 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 BMW X3 was listed at IAAI as lot 12548752x and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 5UXTR9C51JLD70678?

Accepted Answer

5UXTR9C51JLD70678 identifies this specific 2018 BMW X3 in black with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 248hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
