Was $25,750 a good price for this 2022 BMW X3?

1559 comparable 2022 BMW X3 listings sold at auction for a median of $14,675, spanning $7,200 to $22,700. At $25,750 this one went 75% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW X3 sell for?

The insurer put this 2022 BMW X3's pre-damage retail value at $34,400. It sold for $25,750 — 25% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 BMW X3. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 16,689 miles high for a 2022 BMW X3?

Comparable 2022 BMW X3 listings at auction averaged 42,284 miles across 1559 sales, so at 16,689 miles this one sits 61% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Did this 2022 BMW X3 come with keys?

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
