Question 1

What do side 2020 BMW X2 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW X2 with side damage, the median was $8,000, from $3,850 to $10,300. That is 37% above the $5,825 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,850 a good price for this 2020 BMW X2?

Accepted Answer

233 comparable 2020 BMW X2 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,825, spanning $3,650 to $9,250. At $3,850 this one went 34% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This BMW X2 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW X2 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 BMW X2's pre-damage retail value at $18,925. It sold for $3,850 — 80% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW X2. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 82,984 miles high for a 2020 BMW X2?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 BMW X2 listings at auction averaged 64,266 miles across 233 sales, so at 82,984 miles this one sits 29% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
