Question 1

This BMW M3 has engine damage and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 2

Is 15,368 miles high for a 2022 BMW M3?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 BMW M3 listings at auction averaged 32,732 miles across 228 sales, so at 15,368 miles this one sits 53% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2022 BMW M3?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2022 BMW M3 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with engine damage damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN WBS33AY08NFM64004?

Accepted Answer

WBS33AY08NFM64004 identifies this specific 2022 BMW M3 in grey with a 3.0l i-6 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 503hp engine, rear wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2022 BMW M3 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2022 BMW M3 was listed at IAAI as lot 46165611 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
