Question 1

What do rear end 2022 BMW M3 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2022 BMW M3 with rear end damage, the median was $19,550, from $11,500 to $36,500. That is 22% below the $25,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $36,500 a good price for this 2022 BMW M3?

Accepted Answer

228 comparable 2022 BMW M3 listings sold at auction for a median of $25,000, spanning $11,600 to $41,000. At $36,500 this one went 46% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW M3 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2022 BMW M3's pre-damage retail value at $82,700. It sold for $36,500 — 56% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this BMW M3 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in WA - NORTH SEATTLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 60 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 BMW M3. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Did this 2022 BMW M3 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
