Question 1

What do all over 2020 BMW M2 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 14 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW M2 with all over damage, the median was $10,700, from $5,600 to $14,300. That is 21% below the $13,625 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,800 a good price for this 2020 BMW M2?

Accepted Answer

125 comparable 2020 BMW M2 listings sold at auction for a median of $13,625, spanning $6,600 to $23,500. At $9,800 this one went 28% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This BMW M2 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW M2 sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 BMW M2's pre-damage retail value at $45,928. It sold for $9,800 — 79% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW M2. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW M2?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 BMW M2 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
