Question 1

What do front end 2020 BMW M2 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 67 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW M2 with front end damage, the median was $13,000, from $6,900 to $20,550. That is 5% below the $13,625 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $17,700 a good price for this 2020 BMW M2?

Accepted Answer

123 comparable 2020 BMW M2 listings sold at auction for a median of $13,625, spanning $6,600 to $23,100. At $17,700 this one went 30% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW M2?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 BMW M2 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

This BMW M2 has front end and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW M2. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 45,899 miles high for a 2020 BMW M2?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 BMW M2 listings at auction averaged 45,648 miles across 123 sales, so at 45,899 miles this one sits 1% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
