What do front end 2018 BMW M2 models sell for?

Across 30 recorded sales of the 2018 BMW M2 with front end damage, the median was $8,100, from $4,950 to $15,700. That is 22% below the $10,450 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $15,700 a good price for this 2018 BMW M2?

81 comparable 2018 BMW M2 listings sold at auction for a median of $10,450, spanning $5,600 to $18,100. At $15,700 this one went 50% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW M2 sell for?

The insurer put this 2018 BMW M2's pre-damage retail value at $36,942. It sold for $15,700 — 58% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW M2?

This 2018 BMW M2 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 BMW M2. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 51,330 miles high for a 2018 BMW M2?

Comparable 2018 BMW M2 listings at auction averaged 60,720 miles across 81 sales, so at 51,330 miles this one sits 15% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
