Question 1

What do rear 2024 BMW IX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 10 recorded sales of the 2024 BMW IX with rear damage, the median was $28,525, from $23,600 to $34,550. That is 14% above the $24,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $31,800 a good price for this 2024 BMW IX?

Accepted Answer

316 comparable 2024 BMW IX listings sold at auction for a median of $24,950, spanning $13,600 to $34,500. At $31,800 this one went 27% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this BMW IX?

Accepted Answer

This 2024 BMW IX was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this BMW IX from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in PA - CONSHOHOCKEN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 150 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 1 miles high for a 2024 BMW IX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 BMW IX listings at auction averaged 22,106 miles across 316 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This BMW IX has rear and unknown damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
