Question 1

What do side 2021 BMW 7ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 19 recorded sales of the 2021 BMW 7ER with side damage, the median was $18,050, from $8,500 to $31,000. That is 2% above the $17,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $31,000 a good price for this 2021 BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

144 comparable 2021 BMW 7ER listings sold at auction for a median of $17,700, spanning $8,000 to $26,000. At $31,000 this one went 75% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 BMW 7ER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 BMW 7ER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This BMW 7ER has side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 41,019 miles high for a 2021 BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 BMW 7ER listings at auction averaged 61,946 miles across 144 sales, so at 41,019 miles this one sits 34% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
