Question 1

What do front end 2017 BMW 7ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 146 recorded sales of the 2017 BMW 7ER with front end damage, the median was $7,125, from $4,100 to $11,175. That is 3% below the $7,375 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BMW 7ER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this BMW 7ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - SUN VALLEY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 139,511 miles high for a 2017 BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BMW 7ER listings at auction averaged 87,804 miles across 334 sales, so at 139,511 miles this one sits 59% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN WBA7E2C59HG740424?

Accepted Answer

WBA7E2C59HG740424 identifies this specific 2017 BMW 7ER in grey with a 3.0l 6 engine, rear wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Did this 2017 BMW 7ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
