Question 1

What do front end 2016 BMW 7ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 198 recorded sales of the 2016 BMW 7ER with front end damage, the median was $6,100, from $3,850 to $9,500. That is 7% below the $6,550 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,750 a good price for this 2016 BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

500 comparable 2016 BMW 7ER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,550, spanning $4,050 to $9,775. At $3,750 this one went 43% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 BMW 7ER was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

How far is this BMW 7ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MA - SHIRLEY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 75,449 miles high for a 2016 BMW 7ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 BMW 7ER listings at auction averaged 96,581 miles across 500 sales, so at 75,449 miles this one sits 22% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 BMW 7ER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
