Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2020 BMW 5ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 17 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW 5ER with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $10,200, from $5,200 to $13,000. That is 7% below the $11,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this BMW 5ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in TX - NEW BRAUNFELS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW 5ER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 126,643 miles high for a 2020 BMW 5ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 BMW 5ER listings at auction averaged 68,241 miles across 555 sales, so at 126,643 miles this one sits 86% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN WBAJR7C0XLCD10500?

Accepted Answer

WBAJR7C0XLCD10500 identifies this specific 2020 BMW 5ER in black with a 2.0l 4 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Did this 2020 BMW 5ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with minor dent/scratches damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
