Question 1

What do side 2019 BMW 5ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 118 recorded sales of the 2019 BMW 5ER with side damage, the median was $9,500, from $5,500 to $15,000. That is 1% above the $9,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This BMW 5ER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

How far is this BMW 5ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - MIAMI. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 BMW 5ER. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 76,256 miles high for a 2019 BMW 5ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 BMW 5ER listings at auction averaged 76,689 miles across 1552 sales, so at 76,256 miles this one sits 1% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN WBAJB9C55KB289262?

Accepted Answer

WBAJB9C55KB289262 identifies this specific 2019 BMW 5ER in blue with a 4.4l 8 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
