Question 1

What do rear 2019 BMW 5ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 45 recorded sales of the 2019 BMW 5ER with rear damage, the median was $10,050, from $6,300 to $13,650. That is 7% above the $9,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,550 a good price for this 2019 BMW 5ER?

Accepted Answer

1534 comparable 2019 BMW 5ER listings sold at auction for a median of $9,400, spanning $5,200 to $14,600. At $4,550 this one went 52% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a bill of sale mean for this BMW 5ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 BMW 5ER was sold on a bill of sale. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 BMW 5ER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 89,117 miles high for a 2019 BMW 5ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 BMW 5ER listings at auction averaged 76,824 miles across 1534 sales, so at 89,117 miles this one sits 16% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

How far is this BMW 5ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WA - PUYALLUP. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 60 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
