Question 1

What do side 2018 BMW 5ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 137 recorded sales of the 2018 BMW 5ER with side damage, the median was $10,150, from $5,700 to $16,000. That is 21% above the $8,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This BMW 5ER has side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Where was this BMW 5ER located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in AB - ROCKY VIEW COUNTY. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 4

Did this 2018 BMW 5ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with side damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN WBAJB9C56JB286689?

Accepted Answer

WBAJB9C56JB286689 identifies this specific 2018 BMW 5ER in black with a 4.4l 8 engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 BMW 5ER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 BMW 5ER was listed at COPART as lot 65135025 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
