Question 1

What do unknown 2017 BMW 5ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2017 BMW 5ER with unknown damage, the median was $8,850, from $5,500 to $12,875. That is 9% above the $8,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this BMW 5ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - PEMBROKE PINES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

Who sold this 2017 BMW 5ER?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2017 BMW 5ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with unknown damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN WBAJA5C3XHG89789?

Accepted Answer

WBAJA5C3XHG89789 identifies this specific 2017 BMW 5ER with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 248hp engine, rear wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 BMW 5ER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 BMW 5ER was listed at IAAI as lot 42995897 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
