What do water/flood 2019 BMW 5 SERIES models sell for?

Across 36 recorded sales of the 2019 BMW 5 SERIES with water/flood damage, the median was $8,400, from $3,900 to $12,400. That is 11% below the $9,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $9,300 a good price for this 2019 BMW 5 SERIES?

1570 comparable 2019 BMW 5 SERIES listings sold at auction for a median of $9,400, spanning $5,200 to $14,600. At $9,300 this one went 1% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this BMW 5 SERIES sell for?

The insurer put this 2019 BMW 5 SERIES's pre-damage retail value at $26,313. It sold for $9,300 — 65% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 BMW 5 SERIES. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

This BMW 5 SERIES has water/flood and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

How far is this BMW 5 SERIES from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in FL - ARCADIA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
