Question 1

What does a on-salvage-ontario mean for this BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 BMW 3ER was sold on a on-salvage-ontario. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

This BMW 3ER has front and bio hazard damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 42,000 miles high for a 2021 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 BMW 3ER listings at auction averaged 53,405 miles across 1527 sales, so at 42,000 miles this one sits 21% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Where was this BMW 3ER located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ONTARIO - HAMILTON. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 5

Did this 2021 BMW 3ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2021 BMW 3ER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 BMW 3ER was listed at IAAI as lot 12675871 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
