Question 1

What do left side 2020 BMW 3ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 57 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW 3ER with left side damage, the median was $9,225, from $4,700 to $15,500. That is 3% below the $9,525 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $20,850 a good price for this 2020 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

1677 comparable 2020 BMW 3ER listings sold at auction for a median of $9,525, spanning $5,100 to $15,300. At $20,850 this one went 119% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 BMW 3ER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

Is 37,686 miles high for a 2020 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 BMW 3ER listings at auction averaged 65,591 miles across 1677 sales, so at 37,686 miles this one sits 43% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This BMW 3ER has left side and front & rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW 3ER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
