Question 1

What do left & right side 2020 BMW 3ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 12 recorded sales of the 2020 BMW 3ER with left & right side damage, the median was $10,500, from $6,450 to $15,375. That is 10% above the $9,525 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $22,050 a good price for this 2020 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

1677 comparable 2020 BMW 3ER listings sold at auction for a median of $9,525, spanning $5,100 to $15,300. At $22,050 this one went 131% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 BMW 3ER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this BMW 3ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - LOS ANGELES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 21,121 miles high for a 2020 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 BMW 3ER listings at auction averaged 65,591 miles across 1677 sales, so at 21,121 miles this one sits 68% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 BMW 3ER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
