Question 1

Was $3,300 a good price for this 2017 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

1270 comparable 2017 BMW 3ER listings sold at auction for a median of $4,625, spanning $3,250 to $8,000. At $3,300 this one went 29% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does a non-repairable mean for this BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BMW 3ER was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 3

How far is this BMW 3ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in FL - ORLANDO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 999,999 miles high for a 2017 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 BMW 3ER listings at auction averaged 91,709 miles across 1270 sales, so at 999,999 miles this one sits 990% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This BMW 3ER has damage history and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Did this 2017 BMW 3ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with damage history damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
