Question 1

What do water/flood 2017 BMW 3ER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2017 BMW 3ER with water/flood damage, the median was $4,325, from $3,100 to $6,500. That is 6% below the $4,625 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage title mean for this BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 BMW 3ER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this BMW 3ER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NJ - GLASSBORO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 30 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Did this 2017 BMW 3ER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with water/flood damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Who sold this 2017 BMW 3ER?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was USAA. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 BMW 3ER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 BMW 3ER was listed at COPART as lot 71685156 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
