Question 1

Was $8,500 a good price for this 2019 VOLVO XC90?

Accepted Answer

729 comparable 2019 VOLVO XC90 listings sold at auction for a median of $9,588, spanning $5,200 to $15,600. At $8,500 this one went 11% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 VOLVO XC90. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

Is 107,861 miles high for a 2019 VOLVO XC90?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 VOLVO XC90 listings at auction averaged 87,681 miles across 729 sales, so at 107,861 miles this one sits 23% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2019 VOLVO XC90 come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with flood damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Who sold this 2019 VOLVO XC90?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2019 VOLVO XC90 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2019 VOLVO XC90 was listed at IAAI as lot 43725926 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
