Question 1

What do front end 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 719 recorded sales of the 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS with front end damage, the median was $8,000, from $4,300 to $12,250. That is 2% below the $8,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $13,800 a good price for this 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS?

Accepted Answer

1551 comparable 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS listings sold at auction for a median of $8,200, spanning $4,550 to $12,800. At $13,800 this one went 68% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED VEHICLES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED VEHICLES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

What does a lien papers-salvage or ac mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS was sold on a lien papers-salvage or ac. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in CA - LOS ANGELES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
