Question 1

This MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT has front & rear and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 2

Is 16,134 miles high for a 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT listings at auction averaged 34,575 miles across 42 sales, so at 16,134 miles this one sits 53% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 3

Who sold this 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front & rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT was listed at IAAI as lot 45953036 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6
