Question 1

What do front end 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 49 recorded sales of the 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT with front end damage, the median was $29,000, from $16,100 to $67,000. That is 9% below the $31,825 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $14,000 a good price for this 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT?

Accepted Answer

119 comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT listings sold at auction for a median of $31,825, spanning $15,200 to $59,000. At $14,000 this one went 56% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in GA - ELLENWOOD. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 64,514 miles high for a 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT listings at auction averaged 42,191 miles across 119 sales, so at 64,514 miles this one sits 53% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a clean title mean for this MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GT was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.
