Question 1

What do left & right side 2019 MAZDA CX-5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 10 recorded sales of the 2019 MAZDA CX-5 with left & right side damage, the median was $4,513, from $3,450 to $5,700. That is 12% below the $5,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,100 a good price for this 2019 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

2670 comparable 2019 MAZDA CX-5 listings sold at auction for a median of $5,100, spanning $3,500 to $7,500. At $4,100 this one went 20% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This MAZDA CX-5 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 MAZDA CX-5 was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

How far is this MAZDA CX-5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - PEMBROKE PINES. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 75,174 miles high for a 2019 MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 MAZDA CX-5 listings at auction averaged 79,228 miles across 2670 sales, so at 75,174 miles this one sits 5% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
