Question 1

What do rear 2021 LEXUS NX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 36 recorded sales of the 2021 LEXUS NX with rear damage, the median was $12,100, from $7,150 to $15,075. That is 13% above the $10,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This LEXUS NX sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

Is 91,729 miles high for a 2021 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 LEXUS NX listings at auction averaged 54,051 miles across 1078 sales, so at 91,729 miles this one sits 70% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2021 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ERIE INSURANCE GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN JTJGJRDZ5M2164599?

Accepted Answer

JTJGJRDZ5M2164599 identifies this specific 2021 LEXUS NX with a 2.5l i-4 dohc, vvt, regular , 154hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2021 LEXUS NX from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2021 LEXUS NX was listed at IAAI as lot 46471539 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
