Question 1

What do side 2021 LEXUS NX models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 93 recorded sales of the 2021 LEXUS NX with side damage, the median was $10,450, from $6,300 to $15,200. That is 3% below the $10,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,800 a good price for this 2021 LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

1035 comparable 2021 LEXUS NX listings sold at auction for a median of $10,800, spanning $5,600 to $15,200. At $7,800 this one went 28% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LEXUS NX sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2021 LEXUS NX's pre-damage retail value at $23,311. It sold for $7,800 — 67% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a non-repairable mean for this LEXUS NX?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 LEXUS NX was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 5

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 LEXUS NX. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

This LEXUS NX has side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
