What do minor dent/scratches 2017 LEXUS NX models sell for?

Across 22 recorded sales of the 2017 LEXUS NX with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $8,400, from $4,650 to $11,700. That is 26% above the $6,650 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $12,100 a good price for this 2017 LEXUS NX?

1195 comparable 2017 LEXUS NX listings sold at auction for a median of $6,650, spanning $4,050 to $9,800. At $12,100 this one went 82% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this LEXUS NX sell for?

The insurer put this 2017 LEXUS NX's pre-damage retail value at $16,300. It sold for $12,100 — 26% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

How far is this LEXUS NX from an export port?

The lot sat at COPART in TX - HASLET. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

What does a certificate of title mean for this LEXUS NX?

This 2017 LEXUS NX was sold on a certificate of title. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Is 94,365 miles high for a 2017 LEXUS NX?

Comparable 2017 LEXUS NX listings at auction averaged 103,674 miles across 1195 sales, so at 94,365 miles this one sits 9% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
