Question 1

What do minor dent/scratches 2016 MAZDA CX-5 models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 59 recorded sales of the 2016 MAZDA CX-5 with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $4,200, from $3,300 to $5,900. That is 18% above the $3,550 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This MAZDA CX-5 sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this MAZDA CX-5?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 MAZDA CX-5 was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this MAZDA CX-5 from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in TN - MEMPHIS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 400 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $350-$475, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 MAZDA CX-5. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2016 MAZDA CX-5 from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2016 MAZDA CX-5 was listed at COPART as lot 74259776 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
