Question 1

What do front end 2017 LEXUS GS models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 74 recorded sales of the 2017 LEXUS GS with front end damage, the median was $7,600, from $4,000 to $13,100. That is 7% below the $8,150 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,500 a good price for this 2017 LEXUS GS?

Accepted Answer

151 comparable 2017 LEXUS GS listings sold at auction for a median of $8,150, spanning $4,150 to $13,550. At $7,500 this one went 8% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LEXUS GS sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 LEXUS GS's pre-damage retail value at $19,966. It sold for $7,500 — 62% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This LEXUS GS has front end and undercarriage damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 LEXUS GS. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 84,303 miles high for a 2017 LEXUS GS?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 LEXUS GS listings at auction averaged 90,634 miles across 151 sales, so at 84,303 miles this one sits 7% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
