Question 1

What do front end 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 285 recorded sales of the 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER with front end damage, the median was $7,850, from $4,050 to $14,000. That is 3% below the $8,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $11,500 a good price for this 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER?

Accepted Answer

904 comparable 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,100, spanning $4,150 to $14,100. At $11,500 this one went 42% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER's pre-damage retail value at $27,035. It sold for $11,500 — 57% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER has front end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 51,404 miles high for a 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER listings at auction averaged 97,119 miles across 904 sales, so at 51,404 miles this one sits 47% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
