Question 1

Was $3,975 a good price for this 2020 KIA OPTIMA?

Accepted Answer

679 comparable 2020 KIA OPTIMA listings sold at auction for a median of $3,650, spanning $3,050 to $4,975. At $3,975 this one went 9% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

This KIA OPTIMA sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a clear-fl mean for this KIA OPTIMA?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 KIA OPTIMA was sold on a clear-fl. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this KIA OPTIMA from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in FL - PALMETTO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Jacksonville, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 5XXGT4L39LG433662?

Accepted Answer

5XXGT4L39LG433662 identifies this specific 2020 KIA OPTIMA in white with a 2.4l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, 185hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 KIA OPTIMA from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 KIA OPTIMA was listed at IAAI as lot 40171105 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
