Question 1

What do left side 2022 KIA NIRO models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2022 KIA NIRO with left side damage, the median was $5,925, from $3,250 to $8,200. That is 4% below the $6,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,250 a good price for this 2022 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

603 comparable 2022 KIA NIRO listings sold at auction for a median of $6,200, spanning $3,800 to $8,750. At $3,250 this one went 48% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 KIA NIRO was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

This KIA NIRO has left side and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

How far is this KIA NIRO from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in TX - HOUSTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Houston, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 107,552 miles high for a 2022 KIA NIRO?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 KIA NIRO listings at auction averaged 64,012 miles across 603 sales, so at 107,552 miles this one sits 68% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
