Question 1

What do front & rear 2018 JEEP WRANGLER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 45 recorded sales of the 2018 JEEP WRANGLER with front & rear damage, the median was $6,525, from $3,850 to $10,100. That is 17% below the $7,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,900 a good price for this 2018 JEEP WRANGLER?

Accepted Answer

3789 comparable 2018 JEEP WRANGLER listings sold at auction for a median of $7,850, spanning $4,500 to $12,400. At $6,900 this one went 12% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this JEEP WRANGLER?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 JEEP WRANGLER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this JEEP WRANGLER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NC - HIGH POINT. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 280 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 JEEP WRANGLER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 71,975 miles high for a 2018 JEEP WRANGLER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 JEEP WRANGLER listings at auction averaged 96,624 miles across 3789 sales, so at 71,975 miles this one sits 26% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
