Question 1

What do front end 2018 JEEP WRANGLER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1590 recorded sales of the 2018 JEEP WRANGLER with front end damage, the median was $7,600, from $4,550 to $12,100. That is 3% below the $7,850 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,500 a good price for this 2018 JEEP WRANGLER?

Accepted Answer

3802 comparable 2018 JEEP WRANGLER listings sold at auction for a median of $7,850, spanning $4,500 to $12,400. At $6,500 this one went 17% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this JEEP WRANGLER?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 JEEP WRANGLER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 JEEP WRANGLER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This JEEP WRANGLER has front end and right rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 123,188 miles high for a 2018 JEEP WRANGLER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 JEEP WRANGLER listings at auction averaged 96,668 miles across 3802 sales, so at 123,188 miles this one sits 27% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
