What do theft 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE models sell for?

Across 45 recorded sales of the 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE with theft damage, the median was $20,775, from $4,250 to $42,850. That is 285% above the $5,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $43,000 a good price for this 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

5614 comparable 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE listings sold at auction for a median of $5,400, spanning $3,450 to $9,100. At $43,000 this one went 696% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

What does a clear mean for this JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

This 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

How far is this JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE from an export port?

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - WEST CHESTER. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Is 56,308 miles high for a 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?

Comparable 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE listings at auction averaged 100,374 miles across 5614 sales, so at 56,308 miles this one sits 44% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
